Building my business requires some supplies…and I love that! I have tried all sorts of things in order to spoil my customers and make it easy to get products out to them when they shop my stash. I also have some staples for when it comes to spoiling my hostesses. It can be overwhelming when it comes to figuring it out when you’re just getting started so these are my must haves in order to keep my business running smoothly and providing the experience I want for my customers.
Envelopes and Cards
Sending happy mail is one of my most favorite things to do. This can be for games I play in my VIP group, samples for potential customers attending a virtual party or sets that my customers buy from my stash.
I love these kraft cardstock envelopes. They are the perfect size for most of my goodies and I can send two full sets in them. These are 5 x 7 in size.
Samples
I like to have samples ready to go so that I can grab and go. I make simple sample packs that include a twosie, nail file, and prep pad. Then depending on what I need them for I’ll add additional things to them. For example, I add my business card to those that I keep in my purse that I can hand out when people compliment my nails.
These pink 3.1 x 4.7 inch mylar bags are the perfect size to hold business card size materials and all the things I listed above.
Scratch Off Cards
Giving value and bonuses to my customers is a way to keep them coming back for more. These scratch off tickets allow me to easily customize what those rewards are (and they fit nicely in the bags above!👆
You can use them to create different levels of goodies depending on if they’re your best customers or not yet customers and everything in between.
Personally, I really like the look of these cards, but you can also find cards that match the holiday and lots of other designs and styles if you google it or search Amazon.
A Little Inspiration
Sending good vibes and inspiring people is something I love to do. So in every card I send I always include a Thoughtful. These small cards have a pop up card with a message that will bring a smile to your customers faces! I love that they have so many different kinds of topics so you will never repeat yourself!
Stickers
When people get packages from me they know they’re from me and I like to start the experience with the sticker that seals the envelope (big or small!). You could get custom stickers made but I love these! They’re great colors and have fun messages that work for all of my shipments and happy mail that goes out. Plus, one roll can last me a year!
Business Cards
We all know we need business cards. There are so many options for creating these for yourself. I personally made mine in Canva. You could also order them through the Color Street print portal or take a look at the sellers at Etsy.
Conclusion
As my business has grown, I’ve added to my mix of office supplies as my business has grown but these are the staples that I couldn’t live without.
